My bible was in shambles before I sent it to Leonard's. I had sent in my bible with a couple of torn pages, broken spine, and even pages that had fallen off but it was sent back like as though nothing of the sort had ever happened. I called several times before sending it over and every time, their customer service was superb. I have never been served that well by any establishment before. When my bible came back, I was more than pleased. The work was neat, thoughtful, detailed, and followed all of my instructions. It was well worth the cost for me.
