With a huge lump in my throat, I mailed my precious Bible to these good folks. I love my Bible and it was, shall we say, "well loved"...falling apart would be a better description. Becky let me know it had arrived safely, and kept me abreast of the progress all the way. I got my beautiful Bible back today and to say I am happy is the understatement of the year! It looks better than new, honestly. The gray leather cover is so nice, and the spine and pages have all been repaired; it truly is amazing. Don't worry about sending your books to these folks; it is obvious they love what they do, and they take customer service very seriously...a real exception these days.
