I am pleased!
I previously sent Bibles in that were handsomely rebound as gifts and returned to their owners in like new condition. This was my first attempt at having my own rebound, which Leonard's completed with the efficiency of a larger operation and sent the email stating that they were on there way home on 9/22/2016.
I just received those Bibles today, 10/14/2016, after a detour through Leesburg Georgia, due to a label from another package that stuck to mine during the sorting process in Indianapolis. Needless to say, they are handsomely rebound and I am pleased beyond my own expectations. Even though it is the budget menu binder's choice surplus leather, the quality of the work is the same as their signature styles.
In addition, the assistance, understanding and professionalism displayed by Eric and family in finding the wayward package, even though the label mishap was no fault of their efficient operations, is a testament to believing Biblical principles. While they could have responded with doubt, contempt or disdain, they dutifully responded to all of my emails, filed a missing mail claim, and offered a refund if the package was not found. In a society that seems to lose its values more and more each day, it is refreshing to know that people like Eric, Margie and family are providing a quality service based on the Love of God and Neighbor. I will be praying for your continued success in business and in life.
