Colorful Covers

Here are samples of Bible rebinding examples in bright, beautiful colors, for people who really want something other than black, brown, and burgundy. Just click on the tabs below to see some examples in the various pre-dyed leathers.

All rebinding projects come complete with raised ribs and “Holy Bible” on the spine or face (if the material can be imprinted), one ribbon marker, and new leatherette end pages. Also, check out our Budget Menu for colorful cloth and imitation leather possibilities.

These prices are assuming your Bible has an intact sewn binding. If the pages are falling out or the binding is glued, we would need to repair that with cord insertion ($30.00). Can’t tell? See our blog post.

When you know what you’d like, just proceed to our ordering page. If you can’t decide, give us a call or write.

We have cowhides in 18 different colors, including pink, red, dark red, green, forest, royal blue, steel blue, navy, and dark purple. They are soft and flexible and have a nice light sheen.

The Sokoto goatskins are a line of fine wild-grained natural archival leather in eleven popular colors, including navy, British tan, terra cotta, crimson, forest, red, and purple.

Smooth, soft, and flexible, this leather comes in blue and red, as well as brown and traditional black.

NOTE: The soft-tanned goatskin is no longer available, but stay tuned and we’ll be replacing this tab with some newer leathers.
